About these terms
These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Ghumo World Tours. By booking, you agree to them together with the written quote and itinerary we send you.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is a proposal based on the information you give us and on prices, availability and exchange rates at that time. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing after you approve the plan and pay the required amount.
Payments
Payment amounts, schedules and accepted methods are stated in your quote. Prices may change before booking if suppliers change their rates.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of airlines, hotels and other suppliers, which often include non-refundable amounts. We tell you the applicable charges in your quote or before you confirm a change. Our service fees may also apply.
Travel documents and health
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and travel insurance, and for meeting entry rules. We can guide you but cannot guarantee visa approval or entry.
Third-party services
Flights, hotels, transport and activities are provided by independent suppliers. We choose them with care, but their own terms apply, and we are not liable for acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
Itinerary changes
Weather, road conditions, closures, strikes, safety concerns or supplier issues can force changes. We will offer reasonable alternatives and tell you about any difference in cost.
Traveller conduct
Travellers must follow local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides and drivers. We may end services for conduct that endangers others or breaks the law, without refund.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at your registered city will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Add your city here.
